摘要
介绍了一种基于CPLD的高速数据采集系统的设计方法,给出了数据采集系统的硬件电路原理和主要的控制程序设计。在描述AD976模数转换器特性及转换时序的基础上,完成了放大器与ADC的连接及其各自的外围电路设计。通过编程实现CPLD控制A/D转换器从模拟量到数字量的转换。介绍了CAMAC(计算机自动测量和控制)标准总线的常用指令并完成了总线接口电路的设计。实现了以CPLD为核心的数据采集系统。实验结果表明:该设计能够满足系统要求。
A design method of high speed data acquisition system based on CPLD( complex programmable logic device)was introduced, the data acquisition system hardware circuit and the main control program design were given. In the bases of describing the characteristics and time sequence of AD976 analog-to-digital converter, the amplifier connected with the ADC and their respective external circuits design was completed. CPLD controlled AD converters from analog-to-digital conversion by programming. Meanwhile, the common instructions of CAMAC (computer automated measurement and control) standard bus were introduced, and then the bus interface design was completed. The data acquisition system as the center of CPLD was realized. The experimental result shows that the design satisfies the system request.
