摘要
利用步进电机带动电解槽的电极进行旋转,CPLD构成步进电机驱动器,并和单片机相配合实现步进电机旋转速度的调节,速度能在1000r min以下连续可调,下限能做到以步进电机的步距角的角度进行移动,有效地对电解液进行搅动,提高了电解效果。
The electrobath pole was rotated by stepper motor and the rotating speed of stepper motor was adjusted with CPLD and single chip microcomputer, which is continuously adjustable in the range of 0.005~1000 r/min. It can realize electively agitation to electrolyte and improve the electrolysis effect.
