摘要
本文阐述了职业生涯管理的内涵,并以年龄为线索,通过三个阶段,提出了在这三个阶段中图书馆应该怎样合理地规划、管理好每位员工的职业生涯问题,为图书馆事业的发展做好人才的保障。
This paper introduces the content of career management.It puts forward how the library to plan and manage the career of every li-brarian in the three stages of career by age,and provides the security of talent to the library.
