摘要 在对甲苯磺酸(PTSA)催化剂的作用下,以二羧酸与异丁醇为原料制备尼龙酸二异丁酯,生产成本低,产品色泽好。确定了最佳合成条件:催化剂占总酸量的1.85%,碱用量是总酸量的3倍,塔顶温度控制在120℃时,产品指标满足醇含量小于0.20%,产品色泽好,且收率较高,能达到90%。 Diisobutyl ester of nylon acids was prepared with dicarboxylic acid and isobutanol under the action of p -toluenesulfonic acid (PTSA) catalyst. The production cost was low, and the product was good in color. The optimum preparation conditions were identified as follows: ratio of catalyst to total acid volume was 1.85%, alkali addition was equivalent to 3 times of total acid number, and the temperature on tower top was 120℃. The alcohol content in the product was less than 0.20%, and the yield was 90% at normal conditions.
