摘要
在对甲苯磺酸(PTSA)催化剂的作用下,以二羧酸与异丁醇为原料制备尼龙酸二异丁酯,生产成本低,产品色泽好。确定了最佳合成条件:催化剂占总酸量的1.85%,碱用量是总酸量的3倍,塔顶温度控制在120℃时,产品指标满足醇含量小于0.20%,产品色泽好,且收率较高,能达到90%。
Diisobutyl ester of nylon acids was prepared with dicarboxylic acid and isobutanol under the action of p -toluenesulfonic acid （PTSA） catalyst. The production cost was low, and the product was good in color. The optimum preparation conditions were identified as follows： ratio of catalyst to total acid volume was 1.85%, alkali addition was equivalent to 3 times of total acid number, and the temperature on tower top was 120℃. The alcohol content in the product was less than 0.20%, and the yield was 90% at normal conditions.
