添加纳米TiN颗粒对55SiMnMo钢性能的影响 被引量:6

Effect of TiN nano-particles addition on micro-structure and mechanical properties of 55SiMnMo steel

摘要 进行了在55Si MnMo钢中添加纳米Ti N颗粒的工业试验,用SEM及EDS分析了钢的组织及Ti N颗粒的存在状态。结果表明:添加纳米Ti N颗粒的55Si MnMo钢比未加纳米Ti N颗粒的钢屈服强度提高了10.0%,贝氏体尺寸有一定程度的细化。添加的纳米Ti N颗粒在55Si MnMo钢中主要以纯物质状态存在,起到了一定程度的异质核心、钉扎以及沉淀强化作用。 Industry production experiments have been carried out on 55SiMnMo steel by adding TiN nano particles and the structure and the condition of TiN particle existance analyzed by SEM EDS.Results show that the yield strength of 55SiMnMo steel with TiN nano-addition has been increased by 10.0% and the size of the bainite refined to some extent than that without TiN addition.The TiN nano-particles added in the 55SiMnMo steel exist in the steel in the form of pure substance and play the role of heterogeneity nucleation,nail and precipitation strengthening in steel.
