摘要
Gleeble 2000热模拟实验机上采用变形开始的同时喷水淬火和减少变形量的方法,对形变诱导铁素体的形成机制进行了一系列实验研究实验研究表明,形变导致了铁素体的块型相变和针状铁素体的相变析出,同时在奥氏体温区形变诱导铁素体在变形后具有不稳定。
In order to investigate the formation mechanism of deformation induced ferrite, a series of experiment was conducted on hot simulator Gleeble 2000. Specimens during deformation with various deformation amount were water quenched. The results indicate that deformation leads to transformation precipitation of massive ferrite and acicular ferrite. Deformation induced ferrite which formed in austenite temperature rang has unstable and is characteristic of auto-reversal transformation.
