摘要
认为随着城市旅游的不断发展,旅游带动城市发展的功能越来越突出,旅游城市与休闲城市建设已成为城市发展的一个前沿课题。从兰州建设旅游城市的有利与不利因素,对兰州旅游城市的形象进行了提炼与规划。
