摘要
建设桂林世界级旅游城市是深入贯彻习近平总书记对桂林文化和旅游工作重要讲话和指示精神的具体行动。对旅游城市评价指标的过往研究进行梳理,参考《世界旅游城市发展报告(2015)》构建桂林世界级旅游城市发展水平的评价指标体系。运用决策试验和评价实验室法(Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory,DEMATEL)构建指标关系网络图,采用网络分析法(Analytic Network Process,ANP)设计指标权重,并对桂林2019年各个指标值进行综合评价,提出桂林旅游业发展存在的四个问题:一是旅游发展潜力不足;二是旅游消费疲软;三是桂林旅游目的地吸引力有待提升;四是对旅游发展建设的支持力度有待加强。针对综合评价结果提出相关建设路径,以期推动桂林世界级旅游城市建设。
Building Guilin into a world-class tourism city is a concrete action to implement the spirit of vital speeches and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on Guilin's culture and tourism development.With reference to Annual Report on Development of World Tourism Cities(2015),this paper reviews the previous studies on evaluation indicators for tourism cities and constructs an evaluation indicator system for the development level of Guilin as a world-class tourism city.The Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)method is applied to construct an indicator relationship network diagram,and the Analytic Network Process(ANP)used to design indicator weights.The study conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the indicator values for Guilin in 2019,and identifies four issues concerning Guilin's tourism development:insufficient potential for tourism development,weak tourism consumption,the need to improve the appeal of Guilin as a tourism destination,and the need to enhance support for tourism development.On the basis of the comprehensive evaluation results,relevant development paths are proposed to promote the construction of Guilin as a world-class tourism city.
