摘要
介绍了大口径供水管道在佛山市第二水源给水工程桂丹公路(西二环—樵金路)输水管工程中的应用实践,着重分析了两种新型管材——PCCP管、K型机械接口球墨铸铁管的特点和需要考虑的各种因素,介绍了两种管材的施工要点,对其性能进行分析和比较,可为类似大口径、长距离供水管道工程的应用提供借鉴。
The application practice of large-diameter water supply pipes in the second water source project at Guidan Road （from West Second Ring to Qiaojin Road） of Foshan is introduced. The characteristics of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe （PCCP） and k-type joint ductile cast iron pipe and different factors needing consideration are analyzed. A detailed description of main points in construction of the two pipe materials is given, and their performances are analyzed and compared. All these provide reference for similar large-diameter and long-distance water supply projects.
