摘要
在南水北调中线工程中采用了4 m直径的超大口径PCCP管道。文中总结介绍了该工程在管材设计、承插口构造、管线防腐蚀、管件设计、管线建筑物设计、管线水头损失计算、防止管线阻隔地下水、防止不均匀沉降等方面的设计关键技术。
The pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipe with the super-large diameter of 4 m is applied to the construction of the Midroute of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project ; for which the key design points in the aspects such as the design of pipe materials, the fabrication of the bell and spigot joint, corrosion resistance for pipeline, design of pipe fittings, design of structures along the pipeline, calculation of the head loss of pipeline, preventing pipeline from being a barrier of groundwater, control of uneven settlement, etc. are summarized and described herein.
