TNF-α、IL-6在不同高脂饮食大鼠胰岛素抵抗中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨不同高脂饮食大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)的水平及其在胰岛素抵抗中的作用。方法:将30只体质量为(50±3)g的断乳SD雌性大鼠随机分为三组:分别给予含豆油的低脂饲料(LFS),其中脂肪供能22%;含豆油的高脂饲料(HFS),其中脂肪供能40%;含猪油的高脂饲料(HFL),其中脂肪供能40%。进行10 wk喂养,观察各组动物TNF-α、IL-6等理化指标。结果:HFS组大鼠和HFL组大鼠体质量、脂体百分比、血胰岛素、血TNF-α水平均高于LFS组,HFS组大鼠血IL-6水平高于LFS组。结论:高脂饮食大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6增高,参与了胰岛素抵抗的发生。
