介绍了工业视觉测量系统的测量原理，分析了影响系统测量精度的各种因素及提高测量精度的途径，并给出了空间点位置测量实例。
The measuring principle of the industrial vision measuring system is introduced.The factors to effect the measuring accuracy of the system and the methods to improve the measuring accuracy are analyzed.An example of measuring the space points using the system is presented.
