摘要
基于近场摄影测量技术提出一种测量工件三维面形的工业视觉系统.介绍了系统测量原理、系统构成和定标、工件三维面形测量实验及实验结果,详细讨论了影响测量精度的各种因素.
On the basis of close range photogrammetry, an industrial vision system has been built for measurement of a workpiece with 3 D profile. The principle of measurement, the calibration and construction of the system, the experiment and its results of measurement are introduced. The factors affecting the accuracy are discussed in detail. This method is suitable especially for measurement of a large scale workpiece with 3 D complex surface.
