印度小学教师缺勤问题浅析

摘要印度是高缺勤率的国家,小学教师缺勤率从马哈拉施特拉邦的14.6%到加尔克汉德邦的41.9%不等。通过分析印度小学教师缺勤的相关因素,认为加强学校基础设施、增加对学校巡查的频率、加强管理等能减少教师缺勤率。
