摘要
目的:探讨酸碱双点电位法在有机弱酸弱碱性药物分析中的应用,并选择适宜的实验条件。方法:在1 m ol/ L K Cl溶液中,分两次加入 V1 和 V2 体积 H Cl标准溶液,测定西咪替丁的含量,并与药典法对照。结果:在适宜的实验条件范围内,用酸碱双点电位法与药典法测定西咪替丁的含量结果相符合。结论:酸碱双点电位法具有简便、快速、准确等特点,在有机弱酸弱碱性药物分析中有一定的实用前景。
objective: The method discusses the application of the acid base double points potentiometric method in ana1ysing organic weak acid and base medicines, and selects appropriate experimental parameters. Methods: V 1 and V 2 vo1ume HCl standard solution were added in KCl l mol/L solution avoiding slow titration operation, then, contents of cimetidine were determined, and compared with pharmacopeial method. Results: Determination of the content of cimetidine by this method accords with the results of determination by pharmac0peial method within the range of appropriate experimental parameters. Conclusion: The acid base doub1e points potentiometric method is simple, rapid and precise, and has prospect of application in analysing organic weak acid and base medicines.
