摘要
目的 建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定甲氰咪胍氧化钠注射液的含量。方法 分析柱为ODSC18（4.6mm×200mm，5μm）；流动相为甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液（30：70）；检测波长218nm。结果 甲氰咪胍氯化钠注射液的线性范围为6．4～19．2μg／ml（r=1．0000），平均回收率为99．76％，RSD为0．49％（n=9）。结论 该方法简便、准确、重现性好，能够满足西咪替丁的药品质量监控。
Objective To establish a method for the HPLC determination of Cimetidine and Sodium Chloride Injection. Methods The analysis was achieved by using ODSC C18 column with methanol-phosphoric acid（30： 770） and UV - detector at wavelength 218 nm. Results The linear response ranges of Cimetidine and Sodium Chloride Injection was ： 6.4 ～ 19.2 μg/ml （r = 1.000 0）, the mean recoveries was 99.76% ,RSD was 0.49% （n = 9）. Conclusion The method is simple ,rapid ,good reappearant and can be used for the quality of Cimetidine and Sodium Chloride Injection.
