摘要
目的:社区护士采取不同的干预模式对社区更年期妇女进行健康管理,以期预防或推迟疾病的发生。方法:对两个社区106名更年期妇女随机分为观察组56例及对照组50例,前者采用一对一电话或入户随访的方式加发放健康教育资料,频率每年1次;对照组采用集体健康教育加发放促进健康知识手册,频率同随访组。12个月后综合比较健康管理效果。结果:12个月后通过问卷调查方式对两组育龄妇女的自我保健知识掌握情况及护士对两组育龄妇女健康管理满意度调查比较,均有不同程度的差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:社区护士对育龄妇女一对一的健康管理模式效果优于集体健康讲座。
Objective： community intervention model for nurses to adopt a different meno- pausal women in community health manage- ment, in order to prevent or delay the disease. Conclusion： Community nurses women of childbearing age one to one ~s health management better than group health talks.
