摘要
利用热分析方法(TA)定量地研究了笔者所合成的四种聚酰亚按(PI)液晶取向剂的热分解动力学.通过分析实验所得的热失重(TGA)曲线并结合数学推导,采用C语言编程计算出了PI热分解动力学参数(频率因子、反应级数和热分解活化能).结果表明,PI的热分解动力学参数与其结构密切相关.在此基础上,对于PI在不同使用温度下的使用寿命进行了估算,结果表明,所合成的四种PI均具有优良的热稳定性能,可以满足实际应用的需要.
In this paper,the thermal stability of four kinds of Polyimide (PI) liquid crystal alignment agents were quantitatively studied.The thermal degradation kinetic parameters (preexponential factor A 、reaction order n and reaction activation energy Δ E ) were determined by analyzing the TGA curves of the PIs samples and by using integration method. Based on the results,the calculating lives of these PIs were extimated.The results showed that the PIs had excellent thermal stability and could meet the need of the pratical using.
