摘要 实验给出了果肉电阻率与果肉含糖量之间的对应关系,然后从理论上研究了甜瓜两极间电阻值与果肉电阻率、瓜瓤电阻率、瓜体大小、果肉厚度、瓜瓤厚度之间的函数关系,最后检验了通过测定甜瓜电阻值和瓜体长短半轴的方法估计甜瓜果肉含糖量的准确度.结果表明,这种方法无损测定甜瓜果肉含糖量是可行的. This study focused on the quantitative determination of melon sugar which is difficult to non- destruct measure based on measure the resistivity and the size of samples. First, we get the equation of sugar content and flesh resistivity by experiment. Second, we study the relation of resistance, resistivity of flesh, the size of flesh, and the size of melon in theory. Finally, experiments were done to verify the feasibility of this non-destruct measure.
