摘要
借鉴中国农科院的现代农业评价指标体系,采用4个子系统下的12个指标对陕西现代农业发展水平进行实证评估。经过测算发现陕西的现代农业发展水平处于起步阶段,面临着生产要素短缺、科技水平低、生产规模偏小和产业经营水平不高等因素的制约。针对陕西现代农业发展中的薄弱环节,要通过建立健全农业投入机制,推进土地规模化经营,完善现代农业生产经营体系等措施逐步提高陕西省现代农业的发展水平。
The paper makes use of modern agriculture evaluation index system to access the level of Shaanxi＇s modern agriculture.According to the results, the modern agriculture of Shaanxi is still in the initial stage.There are some negative factors during the development of modern agriculture of Shaanxi.The factors include the shortage of production resources,the low level of technology,the small scale production and the low level of industrial operations.Establishing and improving the mechanisms of agricultural inputs,promoting large-scale land operation and improving the modern agricultural production system are the effective ways to improve the level of modern agriculture of Shaanxi.
