摘要
校园心理剧是近年来我国高校的新生事物,它将学生中存在的普遍问题通过戏剧、小品等形式展现出来,让学生在表演、观看和分享中对角色进行感知和体验,进而增进自我认识、解决心理和行为问题。同时,它像戏剧一样具有审美功能,有助于形成学生健全的审美心理和美感能力,因此在大学生心理健康教育方面发挥了独特和良好的教育作用。本文从校园心理剧的缘起及理论基础入手,深入分析它的实施模式和评估机制。研究表明,校园心理剧对高校心理健康教育具有重要的价值。
Campus psychodrama has newly emerged in recent years in China.It reveals the common problems that students are prone to face by way of drama,cross-talks,sketches,and so on.Students can percept and experience the dramatic roles as performers,spectators,and sharers.Then they can increase their self-knowledge and solve their own psychological and behavioral problems.At the same time,psychodrama plays an aesthetic function like that of ordinary dramas.It can contribute to the students' improvement of their aesthetic psychology and aesthetic ability.Therefore,psychodrama has unique and positive pedagogical roles to play in the psychological education at universities.This paper begins with the origin and theoretical basis of psychodrama,and analyses the implementation model and evaluation mechanism of psychodrama.The results indicate that psychodrama is of great value to the psychological education at universities.
