摘要
通过对相似性小于33%的1 423个蛋白质的βαβ模体序列的统计分析,选取了适合的序列固定模式长.用矩阵打分的方法,以氨基酸出现的频数为参数,识别了βαβ模体.并用自恰和独立检验两种方法对算法进行了检验,均获得了较好的识别效果.
Through the analysis ofβαβmotif sequences of1423 protein chains which share sequence identity less than 33%,applicable fixed length patterns are obtained.With the adoption of the scoring matrix,a βαβ motif is predicted with amino acid as a parameter.It is then verified by self-consistency and independent data set test.The results of prediction are proven to be fairly good.
