摘要
目的研究8 w大负荷训练及丹参服用对女子赛艇运动员血液流变学的影响。方法将陕西省女子赛艇运动员随机分为两组,每组7名,分别为对照组和丹参组,丹参组每天晨服含丹参的红糖水,对照组服用等量等浓度红糖水,观察两组血流变指标。结果 8 w大负荷训练结束时,对照组赛艇运动员全血低切、高切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数、卡松屈服应力、血沉、血沉方程K值、纤维蛋白原值较实验前均升高(P<0.01,0.05,0.05,0.05,0.05,0.01,0.01,0.05,0.01),丹参组运动员红细胞刚性指数较实验前下降(P<0.05)。实验结束时,丹参组运动员比对照组运动员全血低切粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数、红细胞刚性指数、卡松屈服应力、血沉、血沉方程K值、纤维蛋白原值均低(P<0.01,0.05,0.05,0.05,0.01,0.05,0.05,0.05)。结论 8 w大负荷训练可以降低女子赛艇运动员的血液流变性,丹参服用可以提高运动员红细胞的变形性,可以阻止大负荷训练引起的血液粘度升高,有利于氧的运输,从而提高赛艇运动员的有氧耐力水平。
Purpose: The research on the influence of hemorheology of the women's rowing athlete on Danshen and 8 -week heavy load training. Methods: the women's rowing athletes in Shaanxi Province are randomly divided into two groups ,for the Control Group and the Danshen Group, seven athletes is one group, the Control Group has given an equivalent brown sugar water, Danshen Group has given Danshen brown sugar water in daily morning, the bemorheology indicators of all athletes will be observed. Results : At the end of 8 - week heavy load training , the whole blood low shear and high shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythroeyte aggregation index, erythrocyte deformation index, Casson yield stress, ESR, erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K, fibrinogen of the control group rowers were higher than those before the experiment (P 〈 0.01,0.05, 0. 05 ,0. 05 ,0. 05 ,0. 01,0. 01,0. 05 ,0. 01 ), The erythroeyte rigidity index of Danshen Group athletes decreased at the end of the experiment (P 〈 0.05). At the end of the experiment , the whole blood low shear viscosity, erythroeyte aggregation index, erythroeyte deformation index, erythroeyte rigidity index, Casson yield stress, ESR, erythroeyte sedimentation rate equation K, fibrinogen value of the Danshen Group athletes were lower ( P 〈 0.01,0.05,0.05,0.05,0.01,0.05,0.05,0. 05 ) than those of the control group athletes . Conclusions: 8 - week heavy load training can reduce the Hemorheology of the women's rowing athlete Danshen can inerease the deformation of red blood cells of the women's rowing athlete , it can prevent the increasing of blood viscosity due to the heavy load training. It is beneficial to oxygen transport, thereby it can enhanee the level of oxygen tolerance of the rowing athletes .
