隔药灸对耐力训练大鼠一次力竭运动后血流变的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过血流变的相关指标的测试,探讨隔药灸对长时间训练再力竭大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法:通过运动训练方式建立动物训练模型,测定各组大鼠血液中全血粘度(BV)、血浆粘度(PV)、全血还原粘度(BVH)、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞变形指数(TK)、红细胞聚集指数(RCA)。结果:力竭性运动对大鼠血流变状况有明显破坏作用,血流变指标PV、BV(200S)、BVH(200S)、TK均显著高于安静对照组(P<0.001),BV(1S)、HCT显著低于安静对照组(P<0.05);隔药灸力竭组与力竭组比较,血流变各指标均有显著差异P<0.005,且隔药灸组指标更趋于安静对照组水平。结论:隔药灸明显改善运动引发的血流变恶化状况,明显降低血浆粘度、全血粘度和全血还原粘度,可作为提高运动能力、抵抗运动疲劳的手段进一步探讨和研究。 Objective :To study the effects of medicine-separated moxibustion on erythrocyte rheology of endurance-trained mice after exhaustive exercise. Methods Lwe build the model of trained mice and test the targets of BV, PV, BVH, HCT, TK and RCA of trained mice. Results : Exhaustive exercise considerably damaged the erytyrocyte rheology of mice, in tow hores after exhaustive exercise, the targets of PV, B V (200s) and BVH(200s) ,TK have obviously higher(P〈0.001) and BV (IS) and HCT were lower than those of control group in rest state .The erythocyte rheology have signigicant difference compared medicine-separated moxibustion grops with exhaustive exercise (P〈0.05).Conclusion:Medicine-separated moxibustion could improve the bad state of erythrocyte rheology ,reduce the damage of the blood caused by exercise. Medicine-separated moxibusion could be studied and exploited as an anti-fatigue and raising the ability of excise mether.
