老年原发性高血压左室肥厚患者高敏C反应蛋白与氨基末端脑钠肽前体的水平检测 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平与老年原发性高血压(EH)患者左室肥厚的关系。方法检测60例无明显充血性心力衰竭的老年EH患者的hs-CRP、NT-proBNP的水平;其中29例合并左室肥厚(left ventricular hypertrophy,LVH)(LVH组),31例无LVH(无LVH组)。结果 LVH组hs-CRP、NT-proBNP、LVMI分别为(6.5±2.7)mg/L、(1019±228)pg/mL、(142.1±18.3)g/m2,与无LVH组[分别为(3.0±2.0)mg/L、(410±187)pg/mL、(101.7±14.2)g/m2]相比均有差异(均P<0.01)。老年EH患者LVMI的独立相关因素有hs-CRP(r=0.541,P<0.001)和NT-proBNP(r=0.732,P<0.001)。hs-CRP与NT-proBNP呈显著正相关(偏相关系数r=0.294,P=0.024)。结论 hs-CRP、NT-proBNP与老年原发性高血压患者左室肥厚的发生或发展相关,二者可作为评价老年HE患者危险分层的指标之一。
