SSR标记在优质蛋白玉米选育中的应用研究

摘要 利用与opaque-2(o2基因)紧密连锁的SSR标记Phi057,在玉米苗期从BC1F1群体中成功地鉴定出含o2基因的个体植株,实现了早代分子标记辅助选择,大大提高优质蛋白玉米育种效率。
