摘要
依据Mn18Cr18N护环钢的热力学模拟试验所进行的热变形微观组织研究,列举出几种典型锻造规范和变形机制。试样在不同温度下热压变形,产生的微观破坏的极限变形值为:850℃39%,950℃46%,1050℃53%,1100℃40%,1230℃47%。
According to the study on microstructure
of retaining ring steel Mn18Cr18N hot\|forming with thermal mechanics test at elevated
temperature, the several typic forging specifications and forming mechanism are presented. At
different temperature, the limit deformation of steel Mn18Cr18N occurred micro\|failure are as
follows: 850 \| 39%, 950 \| 46%, 1050 \| 53%, 1100 \| 40%, 1230 \| 47%.
