摘要
目前 ,发电机护环的制造工艺过程冗长 ,质量难以控制 ,废次品较多。为了提高护环生产的技术经济效益 ,本文提出了一种新方法 :即电渣熔铸成空心环坯 ,再经控制热成形与控制冷却锻造变形 ,最后用内增压法液胀强化 ,经过理论分析、模拟试验和工程设计摸清了该工艺有关规律和数据 。
At present,the technological process of making the generator's retaining ring is long,the quality is unstable and difficulty to control,the waste products and the substandard products are more.In order to raise the technological economic benefits of making retaining rings,in this paper a new scheme is put forward,It means casting the ring stock directly with ESR method,forging and forming with controlling hot forming and controlling cooling method,expanding with inner superchange method.The rules and the parameters of this new producing scheme are obtained through theoretical analyses,simulative tests and engineering designs.Poducing tests have met with success.
