摘要 采用500MPa超高压对人参化妆品均质2min,显微镜下观察发现:超高压对人参化妆品的均质效果优于常规均质。采用所建立的反相高效液相色谱法比较了均质前后人参化妆品中6种主要人参皂苷的含量,结果表明:超高压均质对化妆品中人参皂苷的含量基本无影响。Rp-HPLC的条件为YMC反相C18柱以乙腈—水进行梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,流速1.5mL/min,6种主要人参皂苷在60min内被检出。加样回收率为95.2%~97.9%,线性相关系数均>0.9997。 Ginseng cosmetics was homogenized with uhrahigh pressure(UHP) at 500 MPa for 2 min. Micrograms showed that the ultrahigh pressure treatment has good homogenizing effects on ginseng cosmetics. The analytic results showed that the UHP method has no significant effect on the content of ginsenosides. This study established a method of determining 6 main ginsenosides in ginseng cosmetics with high performance liquid chromatography fitted with a reversed-phase column .6 main ginsenosides were all detected within 60 min with a YMC C - 18, reversed-phase column at 30℃ and a solvent gradient system of water and acetonitrile and the flow rate was 1.5 mL/min. The recovery rates of three mass concentration levels(low, medium and high) by adding standard solution were between 95.2% and 97.9%. The linearity coefficients of correlation were 〉 0. 999 7.
