摘要
小学教育作为基础教育的基石,有着重要的地位,而决定小学教育的质量在于教师的能力素质。随着能力的重要价值逐步被认识,关于教师能力的构成研究也日趋丰富。本文从小学教师的能力素质结构的内涵、依据、国内外研究及其作用和价值等方面进行了论述。
Education in primary schools is of significance because it can be considered as a pillar stone for all the education a person could receive.And the quality of primary school education depends largely on the primary school teachers＇ abilities and qualities.A lot of research has been done on teachers＇ abilities with an increasing awareness of the importance of a person＇s abilities.This paper has conducted a research review on the primary school teachers＇ abilities and qualities by a discussion about the contents,theoretical bases,current situations abroad and home,and the enlightenment given by the former researchers.
