摘要
CrWMn冲模在线切割时产生开裂.经金相和扫描电镜分析,该冲模断裂的主要原因是组织中存在严重的带状和液析碳化物,在淬火过程中易产生较大的拉应力,该应力与线切割时产生的组织应力叠加在一起,同时线切割起了一个缺口作用,致使冲模开裂.
By metallographic examination and SEM fractography analysis, investigation indicated that fail-ure of punch is mainly due to band carbide distribution and overheating. Superimposition of large tensile stress due to quenching and transformation stress due to discharge cutting leading to cracking of punch.
