研究了轴承钢带状碳化物评级过程中的影响因素,找出了磨制深度、腐蚀时间、球化退火对其带状碳化物的影响程度,从而来指导实际的评级检验工作,以确保轴承钢的质量。
The article discusses some influencing factors upon evaluation of zonal carbonization of bearing steel, shows influencing extent attribute to grinding depth, time of etching, spheroidize annealing. They will give the instruction manual for evaluation to ensure quality of bearing steel.
