摘要
目的探讨复方丹参滴丸对冠心病及其高危患者血脂及大动脉弹性的影响。方法冠心病及其高危患者63例,随机分为常规治疗组(对照组,31例)和复方丹参滴丸治疗组(治疗组,32例)。于治疗前及治疗后4周、24周分别测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBS)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平;并于治疗前和治疗后24周采用动脉硬化及血管疾病检测系统(PP-1000)检测受试者颈-股动脉脉搏波速度(cfPWV)、颈-桡动脉脉搏波速度(crPWV)和股-踝动脉脉搏波速度(faPWV)。结果治疗24周后,两组血压和血清TG、hs-CRP水平均有明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组血清TC和LDL-C较治疗前亦有明显降低(P<0.01),24周后治疗组LDL-C降低较对照组更为明显(P<0.01)。24周后,治疗组cfPWV和faPWV均明显降低,与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但两组crPWV与治疗前相比无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸有降脂和改善大动脉弹性的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of compound Danshen dropping pill（DSP） on blood lipids and large artery elasticity in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） or coronary risk factors.Methods Sixty-three patients with CHD or coronary risk factors were randomly divided into two groups：Control group（n=31）treated with routine treatment and DSP group（n=32）treated with DSP in addition to routine treatment.The concentrations of serum total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein（HDL-C）,fast blood sugar（FBS）,and high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） were measured before and 4 weeks,24 weeks after treatment.Carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity（cfPWV）,carotid-radial pulse wave velocity（crPWV） and femoral-ankle pulse wave velocity（faPWV） were measured by PP-1000 automatic pulse wave velocity measuring system before and after treatment.Results After 24 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum TG and hs-CRP levels were notably decreased in two groups（P0.05 or P0.01）.The levels of serum TC and LDL-C were obviously decreased in DSP group（P0.01）.The LDL-C level in DSP group was lower than that in control group（P0.01）.After treatment,the levels of cfPWV and faPWV were significantly decreased in DSP group,which were lower than that in control group（P0.01）.There was no difference in the crPWV in two groups in comparison with baseline（P0.05）.Conclusion The compound Danshen dropping pill had effect of reducing blood lipids and improving large artery elasticity in patients with CHD or coronary risk factors.
