摘要
用流室系统定量研究了体外丹参注射液对健康人红细胞与培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞粘附的影响。结果发现,丹参通过同时作用于红细胞与内皮细胞,从而使红细胞与内皮细胞粘附的数目减少、强度减弱,这可能是丹参能改善血液循环状况的又一重要机制;同时还发现在体外预防用丹参较治疗用时效果更佳,这一发现具有重要的临床学意义。
Using flow chamber system,the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza on the adhesion of normal erythrocytes(NRBCs)to cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)was quantitatively studied in vitro.The results indicated:Salvia miltiorrhiza reduced the adherence number and intensity of NRBCs to HUVECs by acting on NRBCs and HUVECs.It might be an important mechanism that Salvia miltiorrhiza improve blood circulation. In addition,it was also found that Salvia miltiorrhiza as prevention was more effective than the drug as treatment,It has an importmant significance in clinical.
