摘要
1999-2008年,湖南省普通高校本科专业的增长呈现速度较快,专业种类、学科门类及学校归属相对集中的特点,存在政府宏观调控不到位、高校专业盲目增设、新增专业雷同现象较为严重以及建设任务重等问题。对此,政府部门应转变职能,加大宏观调控力度,调整专业的数量、结构和布局,加强高校专业建设的监督和指导;高校则应科学定位,加强专业内涵建设,提高新增专业质量,以培养高质量的人才。
The increase of undergraduate specialities of colleges and universities has a fast growth rate from 1999to 2008in Hunan province.The kinds,discipline categories and ownership of college and universities of new undergraduate specialities are relatively concentrated.Some problems exist,such as weak adjustment of the government,blindfold growth,duplication and heavy specialities construction.For these problems,the government should change function,increase the adjustment power,adjust the structure and layout of specialities and supervise and guide the specialities construction;the college and universities should clarify position scientifically,strengthen the construction of specialty connotation,and prove the quality of new specialities.
