摘要
分析了高校教师的职业特点、高校教师的待遇现状以及存在问题,结合双因素理论对高校教师的激励因素进行内涵分析,并借鉴国内有关高校的激励做法,提出了构建高校教师激励机制的工作思路。
This paper has analyzed the professional specialty,remuneration status and potential problems of current university college faculty around the country.Based on Motivation-hygiene Theory,detailed analysis on stimulation factors of university college faculty has also been conducted in this paper.Finally,idea about establishing stimulation system of national university college faculty members after considering concerned experiences of some universities has been produced in this paper.
