摘要
以铌酸为催化剂,丙烯酸和正丁醇为原料,合成了丙烯酸正丁酯。结果表明,最佳酯化反应条件为:时间4 h,温度160℃,正丁醇/丙烯酸(摩尔比)2,催化剂用量(占原料总质量)5%。在此条件下,丙烯酸转化率达到最大值58.7%。铌酸重复使用4次后仍具有较好的稳定性。
n -butyl acrylate was synthesized in a batch reactor with niobic acid as catalyst, acrylic acid and butanol as raw materials. The results showed that under the optimum condition of reaction time g h,reaction temperature of butanol to acrylic acid 2,th 160 ℃ ,the mole ratio e mass fraction of cat-alyst 5% based on raw materials, the conversion of acrylic acid was 58.7%. Niobic acid as one of the solid acid catalyst was suitable for synthesis of n - butyl acrylate and had good stability.
