铌改性Y型分子筛催化烷基化反应脱除芳烃中烯烃的研究 被引量:5

STUDY ON THE REMOVAL OF OLEFINS IN AROMATICS OVER Nb MODIFIED ZEOLITE Y BY ALKYLATION

摘要 在催化法脱除芳烃中微量烯烃的反应中,使用五氧化二铌(Nb2O5)和氢氧化铌(Nb(OH)5)改性的Y型分子筛催化剂,提高芳烃侧链烷基化反应的催化活性。Nb2O5的最佳添加量为10%,Nb(OH)5的最佳添加量为5%。用磷酸处理含铌分子筛催化剂,可进一步提高分子筛的活性和寿命,用1.0mol/L的磷酸处理效果最好。经磷酸处理后含5%Nb(OH)5的催化剂,烯烃最高转化率达63%,寿命达12h。 Trace amount of olefins in aromatic hydrocarbons stream could be removed by alkylation reactions over zeolite Y modified by Nb2O5 or Nb(OH)5 ,and the optimal added dosages of Nb2O5 and Nb(OH)5 were 10% and 5%, respectively. The catalytic activity of the Nb modified zeolite Y for the alkylation of olefin with aromatics could be further improved by treating zeolite Y with phosphoric acid firstly,for instance, the conversion of olefins reached 63% over a H3PO4 (1.0 mol) treated zeolite Y followed by mixing with 5% Nb(OH)5 ,and the running cycle of said catalyst could be as long as 12 h.
