摘要
没食子酸丙酯分别与５种富马酸单酯酰氯反应，制得了５种相应的３，４二羟基５（反β烷氧羰基丙烯酰氧基）苯甲酸丙酯，这些新化合物同时具有良好的抗氧化和抗菌活性。
Five new compounds propyl ester of 3,4dihydroxy5(trans alkoxycarbonylacryloxy)benzoic acids were prepared by reacting propyl gallate with five corresponding fumaric monoalkylester acyl chloride respectively.These new compounds possess of good antioxygenic and antibiotic activities simultaneously.
