关于机械振动对抗骨量丢失的研究进展

摘要 骨骼是人体主要组成部分之一,参与机体支撑、运动、造血、矿物质存储等多项重要生理过程。在正常情况下,体内骨形成及骨吸收始终处于动态平衡。骨量丢失是指当骨吸收速率大于骨形成速率时所产生的一种生理或病理现象,其诱因较多,包括衰老、激素水平改变、处于失重环境、长期卧床、药物滥用及营养不良等。骨量丢失可诱发机体骨密度降低、骨微观结构破坏等,最终导致骨质疏松及相关并发症。
