摘要
目的评价中药痔疮外洗液坐浴对混合痔术后并发症及促进创面愈合的疗效。方法设治疗组40例与对照组40例，治疗组采用痔疮外洗液坐浴治疗，对照组则以1：5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴。结果治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），且其对水肿、疼痛、出血的疗效较对照组好（P〈0．01）。结论痔疮外洗液对混合痔术后并发症的疗效显著，并能促进创面愈合。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of hip bath with chinese drugs haemorrhoid lotion on the complication and wound healing of the patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Methods 40 patients were equally randomized into the treatment group and the contrast group, the treatment group was treated with hip bath therapy with chinese drugs haemorrhoid lotion; the contrast group was treated with bath therapy with 1 ： solution of 5000 potassium permanganate. Results The result suggests that the cure rate of treatment group is much higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and it has a definite effect on the complication of pain, edema and bleeding （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , So it has the efficacy of alleviating inflammation, swelling and pain, and of quickening wound healing. Conclusion It is a effective treatment of hip bath with chinese drugs haemorrhoid lotion on treating the complication and wound healing of the patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery.
