不同马铃薯品种对盐胁迫反应的差异研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用离体培养方法,利用极早熟品种中薯2号、早熟品种辽铃1号、中熟品种宁薯5号在盐质量分数梯度上的表型差异,确定了筛选马铃薯耐盐品种的合适选择压为0.75%盐.在此质量分数上对107个国内外马铃薯品种的耐盐性进行鉴定,结果表明,宁薯5号、NS880407为耐盐品种,74个品种为中度盐敏感品种,31个品种为盐敏感品种. The node segments of three potato varieties, ultra early maturing Zhongshu 2, early maturing Liaoling 1 and middle maturing Ningshu 5, were cultured in vitro on media containing different concentrations of NaCl and, based on their phenotypic differences, the selection pressure for salt tolerance was set at 0. 75%NaCl. Then other 107 varieties were screened on this salt concentration. The result indicated that Ningshu 5 and NS880407 were salt tolerant; 74 varieties were moderately tolerant to salt stress, and 31 varieties were salt sensitive.
