摘要 [目的]探讨原发性肝癌病人经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)术后的体力活动水平及其影响因素。[方法]采用问卷调查法调查广州市3所三级甲等医院肝癌病人TACE术后4周左右的社会人口学、体力活动水平及抑郁等情况,并进行统计学分析。[结果]57.5%肝癌病人TACE术后体力活动水平呈低水平,97.3%病人没有达到美国癌症学会体力活动指南标准。文化程度、年龄、甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平、患病时间和抑郁进入体力活动水平的多重线性回归方程。[结论]原发性肝癌病人TACE术后的体力活动水平低,处于不利于康复的水平,且受到多因素影响。 Objective:To probe into postoperative lassitude and its influencing factors of primary liver cancer patients after transcutaneous hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods:Social demography,physical activities level and depression of liver cancer patients at 4 weeks after TACE from 3 the third-grade class A hospitals in guangzhou city were investigated by filling out questionnaire.Results:Among all,57.5% of patients were in low physical activities level.And 97.3% of patients failed to meet the physical activity guide standard of American cancer society.The educational level,age,AFP level,time of suffering the illness and depression were entered into the multiple linear regression equation of physical activities level.Conclusion: Patients with primary liver cancer after TACE were in low physical activities level.They were in an unfavourable state of recovery.And physical activities level of primary liver cancer patients was influenced by multiple factors.
