摘要
越来越多的证据表明，无论患者是否患有糖尿病，高血糖与危重病患者及手术患者临床预后不佳有关，而严格控制血糖有利于降低患者病死率，本文回顾了围术期高血糖的病理生理，并探讨了围术期血糖控制的潜在益处以及如何进行血控制。
Increasing evidences suggest that in critically ill patients as well as surgical patients with and without diabetes, the presence of hyperglycemia is associated with poorer clinical outcomes and aggressive blood glucose control positively impacts morbidity and mortality. This paper reviews the pathophysiology of perioperative hyperglycemia, and discusses the potential benefits as well as the practice of perioperative blood glucose control.
