摘要
目的:探讨北五味子与南五味子的差别。方法:利用药材性状、显微特征、薄层色谱(TLC)及高效液相色谱(HPLC)定性等手段,对两药进行鉴别。结果:从性状看,北五味子果大肉厚质柔润,种子发亮有光泽;而南五味子粒小肉薄显干瘪,种子粗糙无光泽。就显微特征来讲,北五味子果皮表皮细胞壁增厚;南五味子果皮表皮细胞壁不增厚。又经TLC及HPLC色谱分析表明,北五味子含有五味子乙素,南五味子则不含这种物质。结论:南五味子所含成分及药性,与北五味子存在显著差异,认为不可替代北五味子药用。两种药材应分开入药。
Objective : Searching for identification Schisandra chinensis and South Schisandra effective way. Methods : Using the medicinal properties, microscopic characteristics, TLC and HPLC chromatographic characterization and other means to identify the two drugs. Results: From the trait perspective, Schisandra fruit large, Flesh thiek, Quality soft, Seeds with a shiny; South Schisandra is singly small, flesh thin, looked withered, seeds there is no gloss rough. In terms of the microscopic eharacteristics, Schisandra chinensis pericarp epidermis cell wall thickening; South Schisandra pericarp epidermis cell walls are not thickened. Also by TLC and HPLC chroma- tographic analysis showed that Schisandra chinensis contains Sehisandrin. South schisandra without the substance. Conclusion: South Sehisandra contains ingredients and there was a significant difference in Schisandra. South Schisandra medicinal that can not replace Schisandra ehinensis . Two kinds of medicinal herbs should be separated.
