摘要
目的:探讨封闭负压引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)在软组织缺损修复中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析我院2009年2月～11月收治的15例软组织缺损患者的临床特点和应用VSD的治疗效果。结果:全部病例创面愈合良好,无并发症发生,无明显功能障碍。结论:封闭负压引流技术处理软组织缺损,操作简便,疗效显著。
Objective：To investigate the role of VSD （vacuum sealing drainage） on repairing defect soft tissue.Methods：Retrospectively analyzed 15 soft tissue defect patients treated with VSD in our hospital from February to November,2009.Results：All patients had healed well without complication or dysfunction.Conclusions：VSD might be acceptable to treat soft tissue defect because of easy operation and prominent effect.
