摘要
大型赛事活动是典型的一次性活动,承担大型赛事筹办任务的赛事组织机构从组织性质而言,是一个典型的任务型组织,在赛事任务目标实现后就将解散。大型赛事组织机构的解散是组织设立的原始构成,其解散有延展、回归和转化合并三种方式。在解散中,大型赛事组织机构需要解决资源的保障问题、人员的走向问题以及工作的总结问题。北京奥组委在解散中是先解散机构还是先解散人员,这是重要的组织策略。
As the mega sports event is a typical one-off activity,its organizing committee is a typical task-oriented organization which is established to organize and coordinate the activities of event,and dismissed after the fulfillment of the task.Beijing Organizing Committee of Olympic Games(BOCOG) is a typical example of this type.Dissolution is the inevitable nature of the organization.There are three ways to dismiss the committee.The first way is extending to a new organizing committee of sporting event.The second way is returning to routine sports organization.And third one is converting into a new routine organization directly.In the process of dissolution,the resource conversation,staff placement and work summary must be properly handled.During the dissolution of BOCOG, it is a crucial tactic issue to decide whether to dismiss the committee or the staff first.
