摘要
大型赛事组织机构从组织性质而言,是典型的任务型组织,是为解决特殊赛事而成立,在任务目标实现后就解散的一种组织形式。大型赛事组织机构的解散是组织设立的原始构成,也是组织目标实现的重要体现。大型赛事组织机构的解散有三种基本的路径,可以是延展成为新的赛事组织机构,也可以向常规组织回归,还可以转化合并,导致新的常规组织设立。北京奥组委在解散中的两个重要问题是机构的解散和人员的解散问题,先解散机构还是先解散人员很大程度上视赛事后期的任务而定。北京奥组委的解散经验值得其他赛事组织机构借鉴。
Large scale sports organization institutions are mission based and are established for parti- cular sports games. They are dismissed once their missions are over. There are three ways of institution dismission. These organization institutions can either merge with other regular institutions to form new institutions or be combined into the regular institutions. The two most important things for the Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee were to dismiss the staff and the departments, the order of which was to be decided by the post-game missions.
