摘要
在林下经济发展过程中,林菌模式的生态效益和经济效益极为显著。基于实地调查研究,对林下食用菌的生产效率进行测度,并分析影响林下食用菌生产效率的因素。发现我国林下食用菌生产普遍存在着技术效率损失,生产资料投入过量,劳动力投入稍显不足;此外,农户是否接受过技术指导、户主是否担任过村干部、农户是否与企业签订购销协议对林下食用菌的生产效率有显著的正向影响。
On development of under-forestry economy,Economic benefit and ecological benefit of forestry-fungi model is remarkable.Basing on site survey,this paper estimates the efficiency and influencing factors of under-forestry fungi production.The result shows that technology efficiency loss of under-forestry fungi production is se-vere.In producing processing,investment of means of production is excessive and input of labor is insufficient.Moreover,technical training,holding the post of cadre and signing an agreement with enterprise have significantly positive effect to technology efficiency.
