摘要
目的:观察石榴皮鞣质对阿霉素肾病大鼠的保护作用。方法:采用Wistar大鼠一次性尾静脉注射阿霉素(6.0mg.kg-1)建立肾病综合征(NS)模型。雄性Wistar大鼠60只,随机平均分为6组:正常组、模型组、石榴皮鞣质高剂量组(SL-PH)、石榴皮鞣质中剂量组(SLPM)、石榴皮鞣质低剂量组(SLPL)和苯那普利阳性对照组(BNPL)。治疗组大鼠每天用石榴皮鞣质(60,40,20mg.kg-1)灌胃,阳性对照组给予苯那普利水溶液10mg.kg-1灌胃,28d后收集24h尿液以用来检测尿蛋白水平;眼眶静脉丛取血测定总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、肌酐(SCR)和尿素氮(BUN)含量;处死大鼠,剥离右肾肾皮质,用于电镜观察形态学变化。结果:石榴皮鞣质对阿霉素肾病大鼠的尿蛋白、TP、ALB、TC和TG水平均有不同程度的改善。结论:石榴皮鞣质对阿霉素肾病大鼠有一定的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of tannin in Punica granaturn L. on rats with nephritic syndrome induced by adriamycin. METHODS Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: the normal control, the model group,the SLPH group, the SLPZ group, the SLPD group and the benazepril group, 10 rats in each group. Rats in the latter 5 groups were made into nephrotic syndrome (NS) model by tail intravenous injection with adriamycin(6. 0 mg·kg^-1). Next day the SLPH, SPLZ and SPLD group were given with tannin(60 g·kg^-1·d^-1 ,40 g·kg^-1·d 1.20 g·kg^-1·d^-1)for 28 days,respectively,while the benazepril group were given with benazepril. Urine protein, total protein, albumin, total cholesterol, triglyeride, creatinine. blood urea nitrogen were measured. The cortical tissues from the right kidney were treated for electron microscopy to observe the pathological changes. RESULTS The tannin in Punica granatum L. could reduce ADR-induced increase in urine protein excretion,total cholesterol and triglyceride, decrease in total protein with dose-effect relationship. CONCLUSION Tannin in Punica granatum L. can ameliorate renal function of ADR-induced nephritic syndrome rats.
